The EGYM-Precor Smart Start is a better way for your members to train. With guided cardio sessions determined from a short fitness test, your members will now be able to train more effectively.

Members can choose from Smart workouts created from their fitness test or from trainer prescribed workouts. Members can also complete Precor workouts after logging in with their band to ensure all of their activity is tracked.

Trainers can assign workouts to clients via the Trainer App and send them to integrated Precor cardio consoles. The clients just selects the trainer prescription and begins. The data is sent to the Member App and back to the trainer for further accountability.
