Critical thinking is the ability to evaluate and analyse to determine and describe which parts are successful and which need work. To think critically about an issue or a problem means to be open-minded and consider alternative ways of looking at solutions.
Applying critical thinking when you look at your own work requires you to have a growth mindset. This means you need to be comfortable identifying areas that need improvement and thinking about ways to improve.
When thinking critically you MUST consider what you were trying to achieve with the drawing or idea. To do this you need to refer to the assessment rubric and instructions.
Reflective thinking is your thoughts about the process, materials, media and methods.
