- Create a series of drawings using different materials as part of a thematic enquiry

 Media explorations

- create drawing using a range of different media

- create studies using different  media; paint, watercolour, print, collage

- create different surfaces to produce your drawings on

- explore different media inspired by the work of an artist

- create a series of media studies that tells the story of your development of a theme

- It is important that you are developing your own style of work, not copying the work of others

- All your media exploration leads to a final artwork

Artist analysis

- Look at different artists and how they can inspire us

- Analyse their work

- Use correct vocabulary when analysising their work; refer to the Element & Principles of Art

Final artwork

- Bringing together the best of your ideas to create  a final artwork
