BRINGING SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY TOGETHER
Across a range of disciplines students created, crafted, performed and collaborated to bring this unique event, that celebrated First Nations and Greek culture, together.
Over 100 guests enjoyed a 'restaurant quality' banquet of dishes using Indigenous and Greek ingredients that catered for every palate and cooked by renowned Chef, David Tsirekas (Perama, Xanthi, 1821) and his team of NHSPA Hospitality students.
WORDS FROM THE COMMUNITY
What a magic night! From the first drama performance and food tasting at the welcoming entry gate, the evening flowed from one fantastic event to the next, involving everyone. It was a total delight from the beginning to the end.
Christine Young (local resident)
A total delight from the beginning to the end of the night. Thank you to Karl and Ula for your enthusiasm in making this event happen. It was one of the most successful and inventive ways I have seen the "School to Work" funds utilised to date.

There was so much to admire about the night; it's hard to know what to say exactly. I loved the immersion of eating AMAZING FOOD with performances and the use of the space was dynamic and exciting!
