St George School is situated in Kogarah in southern Sydney on traditional Gadigal land of the Eora nation.
Students from St George School were inspired by their school grounds, exploring the gardens and finding lots of leaves, flowers, sticks and branches to create their artwork.
Students brought containers full of items back to the classroom and placed them on a piece of cardboard. The class decided to paint some of the leaves and branches to recreate a landscape.
The St George School artwork is entitled 'Our landscape'.
Congratulations to the following students of Years 4 to 11 from St George School for their wonderful submission:
Jay, Lachlan and Samuel.
