The All My Own Work (AMOW) program helps students follow the principles and practices of good scholarship and academic integrity.
To be eligible for entry into a Preliminary course all students must successfully complete AMOW (NESA, 2024).
Students are required to work through Topics 1-4 in order and successfully complete all sections and activities.
For each end of topic quiz, enter your name as it appears on formal school records and NESA records.
You need to achieve 4/5 or 5/5 in each quiz -any lower and you must re-do the quiz.
It is 100% okay to ask for help.
At the end of each successfully completed topic:
download your certificate before it expires
upload your certificate using the UPLOAD links below.

If you cannot download your completion certificate, take a screenshot and upload it using the links below for each topic - change the file name to be your name and the topic number, eg. JohnSmith-Topic1.jpg
How to Take a Screenshot Using Keyboard Shortcuts. To quickly take a screenshot of your whole screen, you can press the Print Screen (or PrtSc) button on your keyboard. If needed, then paste the image into a Word Doc or Google Doc, then right-click on the image and select "Save As".
To automatically save your screenshot to the Pictures folder on your computer, press the Windows + Print Screen buttons at the same time.
To take a screenshot, press and hold these three keys together: Shift, Command and 3. If you see a thumbnail in the corner of your screen, click it to edit the screenshot. Or wait for the screenshot to be saved to your desktop.
Then save the image to your computer, use your full name and "Topic 1" (2, 3, or 4).
Read the introduction, scroll down and select Topic 1 complete all sections and activities.

All Year 10 students need to apply for a free membership with the State Library of NSW. This membership will enable you to search for and find academic journal articles and books in databases that are ordinarily locked behind paywalls. Notes about joining:
If you have a DET email address, sign up with that email address.
If there is an option, check the box to receive your membership number and card “by email & post”.
If you do not have a mobile number, enter a parent's or carer's number.

Save your membership number somewhere easy to find — you will need it in Term 1 of Year 11 for your Library database lesson.
