OSMO at MPPS

Our school has 3 classroom sets. Each set includes:

4 X OSMO base & reflectors kits (to attach to iPad)
4 X upper and lowercase letters for Word app
4 X number tiles and dot tiles for Number app
4 X tangram pieces for the Tangram app

Note: Students need to be taught to pack the tiles and sets away carefully at the end of each session.

OSMO iPad apps

OSMO apps are on all iPads but needs to be used with OSMO base and mirror. Apps include:

Words (with letter tiles) - ES1 & S1
Numbers (with number tiles) - S1
Tangram (with tangram tiles) - all iPads
Monster app (drawing app - on selected iPads) - all iPads
Masterpiece (drawing app - on selected iPads) - S2 & S3
Newton (physics game - on selected iPads) - - S2 & S3

MyOsmo - teacher accounts and student profiles: Individual teachers should create accounts with students profiles. Profiles can be created one-by-one or it is easy to upload a csv of your class. By connecting to your MyOsmo account in the app, the students progress is saved.
