Trading places – puppet activities
Let's do some fun activities with your puppet!
Use your puppet to sing along with 'I’m a Little Teapot’ and act out some of the words.
Give your puppet a name and think about its personality. For example, is it happy, grumpy, loud or shy?
Puppets can do things that are impossible for humans. Experiment with the things your puppet might do. For example, the puppet might fly! This could be their special ability.
Share your work with your teacher.
For those who like a challenge!
Watch the video and join in with the song.
Sing along and follow the musical score.
Did you notice that the song is also from a different perspective?
Hint! It's from the perspective of the dog.
Have a think about what the song lyrics (words) mean.
How does the chorus (the repeated section) help us understand how the dog is feeling?
