Each player gets 7 cards, the rest of the cards are placed in a pile in the middle.
Players try to make pairs that are 1 more, 1 less, 2 more or 2 less.
Once they can't make any more pairs, they can take turns to ask their opponent.
If their opponent has a card of that number they must give it to the asking player.
If they don't, they say 'Go Fish' and the player gets a card from the central pile of cards.
Play continues until one player has no more cards left in their hand. They are the winner!

What does the word active mean?
Being active means moving your body. Some examples include:
jumping
kicking
riding a bike
running
wheelchair basketball
playing tag.
There are lots of different ways to move your body.
Who and what can help us decide how we are active?
The people who can help us make decisions about how we are active are our:
family
friends.
The things that can help us to decide how we are active are:
the space we have at home
the places near us where we can be active e.g. park, beach
examples on TV e.g. the Olympics
ads in the community in the paper or on signs e.g. the local soccer or Frisbee team.
Your task:
Tell a friend about things that help you to decide how you are active. You could do this by:
writing a letter
creating a poster
creating a video.
Be active at your place once you have finished your poster.
