This 1-hour webinar was designed for iSocial Implementation Sites exploring their capacity to implement Prevent-Teach-Reinforce for Young Children (PTR-YC). Pyramid Model Consortium Consultant Kelly Wilson helped sites understand what is needed to implement PTR-YC and engaged them in a process to look at their capacity to determine next steps toward implementation. iSocial implementation site team representatives and their Process & Practice-based Coaches attend this session.

NH Master Cadre member, Becky Britton, will take you through the details of expert coaching, reciprocal peer coaching, and practice-based coaching in a group. This training will outline key points for teams to consider when making program level decisions regarding practice-based coaching.

iSocial Evaluation Overview Webinar (link) (Power Point) During this webinar, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the iSocial evaluation, including its focus and purpose and how data can be used to inform local practice. The iSocial Professional Learning Forum is for site and collaborative Leadership Team members that are in Year 2 or more of the implementation process. The intent of the Professional Learning Forum (PLF) is to support Leadership Teams in developing capacity and systems to sustain the Pyramid Model Framework. The PLF meets virtually once a month to hear from content experts and engage in joint problem-solving and peer to peer networking and support. Including family members is important to Leadership Teams. Yet for some teams it can be challenging to figure out how to get started, who to invite, and how to provide support. Hear from three NH iSocial Community Collaboratives and/or Site Implementation Leadership teams as they share how they've addressed challenges.
