iSocial State Leadership Team

The iSocial State Leadership Team is a group of key stakeholders engaged in working to implement the Pyramid Model in New Hampshire districts and communities birth through age.

iSocial began under the State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) and continues under both the SSIP and a State Personnel Development Grant (SPDG). The State Leadership Team includes representation from lead SSIP/SPDG personnel, project leads for critical components of SSIP/SPDG work and key advisors who are engaged in state-level planning and development of the SSIP/SPDG (e.g., local special education administrators, representatives from family organizations).
