The Pyramid Model Framework (PMF) is an evidence-based framework that addresses the social-emotional needs of young children by providing teachers, caregivers and families with coaching, tools and strategies to promote and support positive behavior. Over 35 Early Childhood Programs, Child Care Centers and School Districts state-wide are currently using the PMF to reduce challenging behavior and support strong social-emotional skill development. In this multi-part series, you are provided with information, tools and resources to help you begin to explore the PMF, decide if it is a good fit for your program and consider program-wide implementation.
Who should be engaged?
Program administrators, teachers, early childhood providers, caregivers, families, and community partners
