📖 Bio : Iryna holds a Master’s degree in Russian Literature from Ukrain University, with a strong academic background in Russian and English language and literature, complemented by initial pedagogical training in Ukraine. A qualified teacher, who has developed extensive experience teaching children, adolescents, and adults in both classroom settings and private lessons.
Since 2008, she has been teaching Russian at Ecolint, working with students of diverse linguistic backgrounds, including native speakers as well as bilingual and trilingual learners. Since 2021, she has also been teaching the IB programme to students in Grades 12 and 13.
A native speaker of Russian and Ukrainian, she is also fluent in both English and French. Known for her patience, strong pedagogical skills, and adaptability, she builds excellent rapport with her students and creates a structured yet supportive learning environment.
Russian for Primary, Beginner level, avaible on Monday :
This course is for the youngest students who have already begun learning the language, as well as for absolute beginners. During the lessons, we begin learning letters, reading, and writing simple words in a playful way. Lots of additional materials, pictures, games, and videos are included.
Russian for Primary, Beginner level, avaible on Tuesday :
This course is designed for both Russian-speaking and bilingual students, for those who have already begun learning the language, and for students who already know the letters and can read and write simple words and sentences. It includes a wealth of additional materials, images, games, and videos, and is taught in an engaging, playful format.
Russian for Middle School, Intermediate level, avaible on Thursday :
This course is designed for both Russian-speaking and bilingual students, for those who have just begun learning the language, and for students who already know the letters and can read and write simple words and sentences. It includes many additional materials, pictures, games, and videos. Students also begin to become familiar with the works of famous Russian writers who have written funny and interesting stories for children.
Russian for Middle School, Advanced level, avaible on Tuesday :
This course is designed for both Russian-speaking and bilingual students, for students who have studied the language for several years and are fluent in reading, writing texts and dictations, and completing various grammar tasks. It includes numerous additional materials, games, videos, and films in their native language. Students also begin to become familiar with the works of famous Russian writers who have written engaging stories for children and teenagers.
Russian for Secondary, Advanced level, avaible on Wednesday :
This course is designed for both Russian-speaking and bilingual students, for students who have studied the language for several years and who can read fluently, write texts and dictations, and complete various complex grammar tasks. It includes numerous additional materials, videos, and films in their native language. Students also begin to become familiar with the works of famous Russian writers, understanding and analyzing what they read. Through reading, they gain an understanding of the country's history and culture.
