📖 Bio : Mrs. Roček has been teaching the Czech at Ecolint for over seven years, working with students aged 5 – 18. She focuses on developing their skills and confidence in speaking, reading and writing while fostering an appreciation for Czech language and cultural heritage.
Originally from the Czech Republic and a Swiss citizen since 2019, Mrs. Roček holds a degree in Economics and Foreign Trade. Having lived in six different countries and as the parent of an Ecolint IB graduate (La Châtaigneraie, Year 1-13), she brings extensive experience in multicultural environments. She is passionate about linguistics, travel and culture.
Czech for Primary, Mother tongue level, available Wednesday :
This course is designed for primary school children who already speak at least a basic Czech at home. Through engaging activities and interesting thematic units we focus on futher developing their skills and confidence in speaking, reading and writing while promoting an appreciation for Czech language and the rich cultural heritage.
Czech for Secondary, Mother tongue level, available Wednesday :
This course is intended for the students of Middle school who have already at least a basic knowledge of Czech. Through engaging activities and interesting thematic units we focus on further developing their skills and confidence in speaking, reading and writing while fostering an appreciation for the language and the rich cultural heritage.
Czech for Secondary and Adulte, all level, available Thursday :
This course is meant for adults and higher secondary students who are starting with Czech or have already some knowledge of the language.Through engaging activities and interesting thematic units we focus on developing their skills and confidence in speaking, reading and writing while fostering an appreciation for the language and Czech cultural heritage.
