Fun Japanese A1

This course is designed to help you become familiar with the Japanese language. Through activities such as flashcards, songs, and crafts, the goal is to familiarize yourself with the culture and enable you to read the characters (hiragana and katakana). It it the first step towards making Japanese your "special skill."

This course begins with learning the Japanese characters (hiragana and katakana). We use a communicative approach that emphasizes familiarizing yourself with the sounds of Japanese. New vocabulary and grammar points will be introduced gradually each week.

This is a class for students who have already studied Japanese for 1-2 years and are at the upper end of the beginner level. It uses a communicative approach that emphasizes familiarizing students with the sounds of Japanese. New vocabulary and grammar points will be introduced gradually each week.

Japanese as a second language

This course is for those who have been away from Japanese for a while, have forgotten some of it, but want to improve! Starting from the point where you can read hiragana and katakana, and know just a few kanji, let's slowly take on the challenge of reading Japanese literature.
