📖 Bio : I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Languages and Literature, and a Master’s in Continuing Education.
I have worked with students ranging from age 5 to 70 across a wide variety of programmes, including official Chinese Test of YCT, HSK, IB Chinese (Mandarin Ab Initio, Language B, Chinese A), as well as France Baccalaureate for Chinese.
My approach focuses on helping students use Chinese in meaningful, real-world contexts, with an emphasis on communication, cultural engagement, and practical language application.

This course would be aiming at HSK2 content. Suitable for students who have around 300up vocabularies. We'd watch different short clips and read different texts about cultures, daily life, and so on. Then, with which, we'd be targeting learning many practical vocs and we'd have at a lot of time in speaking and sharing ideas.

This course is specifically designed for native or near-native Chinese speakers in Years 4–6. Moving beyond basic communication, we will dive into engaging Chinese stories, fables, and contemporary literature to expand students’ literacy and reading comprehension. By exploring diverse themes such as history, folklore, and modern life, students will not only enrich their advanced vocabulary but also develop the ability to analyze texts and express complex ideas with confidence and creativity

This course is designed for native speakers in Middle School Y11-12 aiming to transition smoothly into the IB Chinese A: Language and Literature program. We will explore a diverse range of literary works (including modern novels, classical poetry, and drama) alongside non-literary texts (such as media reports, advertisements, and speeches). The curriculum focuses on developing critical analytical skills, enabling students to deconstruct how language shapes meaning and cultural perspectives. Students will systematically master sophisticated vocabulary and learn to articulate their insights through structured academic writing and oral presentations.
