TLC 132 - D1 Court

Connection Instructions

1. Turn on both boards

   1. 1. Press the power button at the bottom right of both boards and allow them to boot fully to the OneScreen Android home screen.

2. Connect the laptop to the board. There are two ways to connect:

   1. 1. Wireless connection

         • Mac

           1. Navigate to the Top Right of the Mac screen and click on the Control Center button to the left of the Time and Date.

           2. Click on "Screen Mirroring"

           3. Click on the Primary board for the room you are in "TLC 132- Left- Primary"

           4. On the OneScreen display, press "Accept" on the REQ Mirroring notification that popped up in the bottom right of the screen.

           5. Back on the Mac, select what screen you want to share, then click "Start Mirroring." (If you're not sure, select "Entire Screen")

              1. 1. If you are not getting sound, go back to the Control Center.

                 2. Click on the word "Sound"

                 3. Select the Primary board that you are connected to.

         • Windows

           1. On the keyboard, press the Windows logo button and the letter "K" at the same time.

           2. Click on the Primary board for the room you are in "TLC 132- Left- Primary"

           3. On the OneScreen display, press "Accept" on the REQ Mirroring notification that popped up in the bottom right of the screen.

              1. 1. If you are not getting sound, go to the Speaker icon at the bottom right of the computer.

                 2. Click on the Leveler icon to the right of the sound bar.

                 3. Select "Digital Output ()"

      2. Wired Connection

         • 1. Locate the HDMI cable from the Primary screen that is connected to the Dell Dongle on the podium.

           2. Connect the Type-C cable from the Dell Dongle to the device being used for the presentation.

           3. The board should auto detect and switch to the correct source. If it does not, press the gray arrow on the side of the screen. Press "Menu", and press the HDMI source that you are connected to. This will most likely be "HDMI 1"

• Mac, if you are not getting sound:

2. 1. 2. • 3. 1. 2. 1. Click on the Control Center icon at the top right of the computer.

                    2. Click on the word "Sound"

                    3. Select the Primary board that you are connected to.

• Windows, if you are not getting sound:

  1. Click on the Speaker icon at the bottom right of the computer.

  2. Click on the Leveler icon to the right of the sound bar.

  3. Select "Digital Output ()"

3. Broadcast to Secondary screen

   1. 1. At the top of the OneScreen display is a OneScreen Quick Share Menu. On the Left Screen, press the "Broadcast" button to begin streaming the image from the Primary board to the Secondary board.

      2. Press "Start Now" on the pop-up.

Note: The audio will only play from the primary board.
