Turn on the Display with the remote
Beamio Transmitter

Connect the Transmitter to the laptop

Wait for the Receiver light to turn solid blue
The connection was working, then all of a sudden stopped.
First, ensure the Wireless Emblems on both the Transmitter and the Receiver are facing each other. The Beamio's communication uses a "Line of Sight" connection meaning the antennas need to be able to see each other.
Unplug the Transmitter from the laptop, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
If connection has not returned, navigate to the back of the Receiver attached to the display. Unplug the USB cable, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
I'm connected but the image is distorted, or videos do not play correctly.
Please restart the laptop in use.
The display is not turning on.
The display will not turn on when the Beamio is connected to a laptop. Please use the remote to turn on the display or press the power button the back right of the display.
