Detailed Steps to Presenting in this Room

1. Press the Power button on the bottom left of the board.

2. Connect a laptop to the HDMI cable to the left of the board.

   • If the laptop you are using does not have an HDMI port, make sure you have an adapter such as a Dell Puck. If you do not have one, check with the front reception.

   • Borrowed adapters must be returned to front reception

Troubleshooting

1. Audio isn't coming through the board

   • Windows:

     1. Click Audio Options at the bottom right

     2. Click the arrow and select NEWLINE

   • Mac:

     1. Click Menu settings at the top right

     2. Click on Sound and select NEWLINE
