Click the iPad screen to turn the equipment on
Note: Screens will remain black until a source is selected and a computer is connected
Ensure the COMBINE button is GREEN
Select Podium in BOTH columns on the iPad
Connect laptop to the Dell Puck
Connect laptop to a charger if needed
Check audio Output. The Extron output needs to be selected
Unmute Mics 1 and 3 on the iPad and adjust levels as needed.

Note: These mics are on the Podium in the charging stand. By default they are un-muted and ready for use, just switch the power button on when needed. Power off the mics when finished and place them back in the stand.
Press the Shutdown button in the top right of the iPad, and press Yes Shutdown.
A wireless display option is also available using the Barco ClickShare adapter that is located on the podium.
Select Barco in BOTH columns on the iPad
Connect the Barco ClickShare adapter to the laptop
Once the adapter light turns solid, click the button to begin presenting
Note: When the adapter is connected, a Clickshare drive will appear. In this drive is the app that can be installed. This app is not required to use this system, but it does make connection quicker.
This room can also be divided in the event two meetings are occurring in the same space. Please speak to building staff to have the divider closed.
When the room is divided the source options on the iPad will need to be adjusted:
Ensure the Combine button is NOT GREEN
The Right Column (Presentation Video Source) will choose the source for the BACK HALF of the room. Please select Podium for this column.
Follow standard connection instructions found at the top of the page
The Left Column (Boardroom Source) will choose the source for the FRONT HALF of the room. Please select Barco for this column.
Follow wireless connection instructions found under Wireless Presentation
The two mics on the podium will split between the rooms. Mic 1 will be for the Back Half of the room and Mic 3 will be for the FRONT HALF of the room.

The confidence monitor is not turning on:
Shutdown the room equipment on the iPad, wait 10 seconds, then turn the room back on and reconnect.
There is no sound in the room:
Some computers, especially Macs, need to have the Audio Output selected manually.
MacBook: Navigate to the top right corner of the screen, select the Control Center button, Click the word Sound above the volume control bar, Select Extron.
Windows: Navigate to the bottom right corner of the screen, select the Speakers icon, Click the Sound Output button on the right of the volume control bar, Select Extron.
If the Extron option is not available, restart BOTH the presentation laptop and the room equipment and try again.
Note: The Extron option will not be available when connecting WIRELESSLY with the Barco ClickShare. The Audio Output will be labeled ClickShare.
The displays are not showing the laptop:
Confirm the iPad options are selected properly according to the instructions and the laptop is connected. If the issue is still present, restart BOTH the laptop and the room equipment. If the issue is still present, contact Technology at 972-708-2300
The displays show the laptop, but not the screen I'm trying to present:
The laptop may be set to Extend instead of Duplicate. On the keyboard, press the "Windows Key" and the letter "P" at the same time. Select Duplicate in the pop-up.
