What is Edugence?

Edugence is a comprehensive data warehousing, educational/business intelligence and instruction management system for K-12 school districts. Duncanville ISD uses this platform to house student data, document professional development, growth, and assessment for teachers, and to document growth and to assess student progress.

Accessing Edugence

Access Edugence by visiting Classlink.
Choose Sign in with Google.
Click the Edugence icon.

Tasks that can be completed in Edugence...

•Register for professional development

First, log in to ClassLink, and click on the Edugence application. From there follow the instructions in the video to the left to register for the available professional development courses.

•Create an online assessment

Teachers can create online assessments for their students in Edugence. View the video on the left to see how!

•View student data reports

View the video on the left to learn how to view the different report types in Edugence.

•Requesting credit for professional development

You can add professional development courses taken outside of the district and request credit. You can also add your certifications and documentation.

•T-TESS for teachers

View evaluation feedback and create your Goal Setting and PD plan.

•View professional development profile

You can view your professional learning profile from My PD Profile. It contains courses that you've taken, and courses that you've enrolled in.
