As Instructional Technology Coordinators at Duncanville ISD, we facilitate technology integration, develop staff plans, manage technology platforms, and provide district PD to teachers, administrators, and departments across the district.
Monica Napier
With 15 years of experience in Education as a teacher and instructional coach, Monica Napier is currently an Instructional Technology Coordinator in Duncanville ISD. She is passionate about education and enjoys helping teachers utilize technology to enhance student learning
Ja'Dorian Tate-Richardson
Ja'Dorian Richardson is an EdTech advocate with 16 years of experience in education, who remains committed to leveraging technology to improve teaching and prepare students for a technology-rich world, and has worked in various roles within Duncanville ISD, establishing a strong connection with the people she serves.
Devin Hanes
Devin Hanes started his education 23 years ago right here in Duncanville ISD. In the fall of 2020, he transitioned from curriculum coordinator to technology and has been enjoying the challenge that advocating for technology brings on a daily basis. Mr. Hanes works with staff to help them grow to be "technology people" even if they don't believe it yet. Devin has presented at the TCEA Conference on topics ranging from video editing, Apple creative products, and incorporating Google tools into math classrooms.
