Having technical issues? Enter a Helpdesk ticket to document the issue and get assistance from a technician.
Attending staff development? Register to attend training in Eduphoria Workshop and keep accurate record of PD hours.
Verify profile information!
In order to maintain accurate records and district reports, individuals need to verify and update their Eduphoria profile information at the beginning of each year.
Update Your Profile
Log into Eduphoria.
Choose My Profile.
Change or verify information.
A Helpdesk Technician is available at x2300 for immediate assistance.
Service Tag = Serial Number
DISD Bar Code = Asset Tag Number
Expedite a request by including:
Exact error message.
specific details
serial number
asset tag number
attach pictures or video
Learn how to add a note to an existing ticket.
Learn tips for getting ticket issues resolved quickly.
Log into Eduphoria. (this can be accessed through Classlink)
Click Strive.
Select Available Courses.
Search for a course by Date & Time or by Course Name.
Click on the course of choice.
Click Enroll at the bottom left of course.
*If you cannot attend, please remember to Unenroll so that presenters can plan accordingly.
Launch Strive.
Click on My Professional Learning.
Click the Help icon in upper right corner of screen.
Search for Print a Copy of Your Professional Learning Portfolio.
It will walk you through the steps at this point.
