By the conclusion of my 10th-grade year, I accomplished my objective of accumulating 100 service hours, embarking on a range of impactful projects. Among these endeavors was spearheading a "Books for Africa" initiative at my school, rallying fellow students to donate books for shipment to African communities in need. Alongside my friend Myron, I coordinated the collection and delivery of these books, facilitating a tangible contribution to literacy efforts abroad. Additionally, I dedicated time to assisting at kids' summer camps, where I fostered positive experiences for young attendees. My passion for music led me to play the harp at various venues, spreading joy and solace through my performances. Volunteering at a local food shelter allowed me to address issues of hunger and food insecurity firsthand, while contributing to the welfare of those in need within my community. Furthermore, I actively engaged in service within my school, lending a hand whenever opportunities arose. Looking forward, my ambition extends beyond mere hours; I aspire to surpass 200 service hours, motivated by a continued commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of others and fostering positive change within my community and beyond.
