In geometry we did a stained glass project. We had to create stain glass project including the shapes: parallelogram, rectangle, rhombus, triangle and an additional shape and we used a crescent. The inspiration for our art piece was day and night. As you can see in the picture the left is day and the right is night. The three elements of art we used were: Shape: In our stained glass we used many shapes as rhombus, square, rectangle, and parallelogram. Space: In our stained glass there is a lot of space among the shapes. Line: In our stained glass our lines go horizontally, vertically, and diagonally. They are thick thin, small large. The three elements of design were: Proportion: we made sure the shapes with all proportionate with their similar shapes
Emphasis: the sun in the moon in our stained glass were emphasized. This relates to what we are because we used the ruler to measure to see if the angles were similar and proportional. We also used a protractor to find a diagonals.
