APPROACH
Theoretical/project based
This course fosters the development of the professional use of digital technologies for creative design, in particular for motion graphics ad 3D modelling. It focuses on the technical skills of computer designers, in order to support the development of web projects, advertising, packaging design and digital art.
The programme consists of one single module, which grants 6 credits.
Successful students will be able to:
Complete comprehensive motion graphic projects and handle the entire creative process from pre to post-production, with the implementation of 2D and 3D elements
Choose a specific scope for further practice
Introduction to motion graphics and 3D techniques with the Maxon Cinema 4D software
Deeper understanding of post-production, animation and motion graphics techniques with the software Adobe After Effects
Exporting and editing files with different software
Complementary software integration, such as Photoshop, Illustrator (file preparation)
Experimentation with different outputs: opening/end credits, animated typography for TV programmes and promos, splash logos, 2/3D animation for promotional environments (visual pack, spot, banner, etc.)
This is a theoretical/project based course.
Students will take part in the following activities, which may vary depending on the development of different projects:

Individual or group projects
