Introduction
The essential wisdom of traditional Chinese culture is immeasurable in its vastness and profundity, and has been passed down from five thousand years ago to benefit humankind. This year, we will continue to run our Workshops and Courses on Chinese Culture (WCCC), and most courses will be conducted with both offline and online options. This is in keeping up with the present hybrid arrangement so as to offer more flexibility to participants.
The WCCC is organised by Zhong Hua Cultural Society Singapore in collaboration with our partners. It aims to promote the understanding of the teachings of the ancient sages as well as guiding our next generation on the practical ways to develop strong moral values in their daily lives. By bringing forth the intrinsic qualities of the young in their daily interactions, people around them such as family members, classmates, friends and colleagues will be similarly influenced in positive ways by the essential teachings of Chinese culture.
The WCCC 2023 comprises nine courses. Those who complete 16 or more sessions will be awarded certificates.
Objectives
◇Learn and understand Di Zi Gui and other Chinese Classics
◇Promote Di Zi Gui as supplementary teaching materials on moral education in schools
◇Implement Di Zi Gui education towards achieving a fulfilling life for the next generation
We look forward to seeing you at the courses, and joining us in moulding our future generations into youths of exemplary characters imbued with the right values to serve family and society.
