This course consists of 12 sessions via online discussion once a month, from the perspective of the ancient Chinese medicine book "The Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor - 黃帝內经", where we will observe the changes of the four seasons, as well as the 24 solar terms in a year, what effects they have on life on earth? And how can humans and other creatures adapt and protect themselves in the midst of such seasonal changes.
