Ms. Tjioe Ka In joined Tung Lok Group in 1988 and currently is the Executive Director and Group Chief Operating Officer. Her primary responsibilities include strategic planning and ensuring the smooth operation of the group's restaurants. She is also a certified trainer for many industry-related courses and is active contributor giving training in the F&B industry.

Ms. Tjioe graduated from Oklahoma State University in the US with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She is also a member of the Ulu Pandan Community Club Management Committee in Singapore.
