Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding (APCEIU)
Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding (APCEIU) is established in 2000 by the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Korea and UNESCO to promote and develop Education for International Understanding (EIU), currently regarded as Global Citizenship Education (GCED). The Korea-Philippines Teacher Exchange Programme (KPTEP) is a bilateral educational initiative implemented by the APCEIU in partnership with the DepEd and the Ministry of Education of Korea.

🎓 Scholarship Overview
The program is a bilateral cultural and professional development initiative sponsored by DepEd in partnership with the Korean Government.
