National Qualifying Examination for School Heads (NQESH)
Background: Passing the National Qualifying Examination for School Heads (NQESH), also known as the Principal's Test, is one of the requirements in the appointment and reclassification of all aspiring applicants to the Principal and Assistant Principal positions in all public elementary and secondary schools. The NQESH "is a measure of profiency of the taker's competencies in becoming a school head based on the Philippine Professional Standards for School Heads" (DM 25, s. 2023).
Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM)
Background: The Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) integrates and enhances the Personnel Management Assessment and Assistance Program (PMAAP) and the CSC Agency Accreditation Program (CSCAAP). It is a mechanism that empowers government agencies by developing their human resource management competencies, systems, and practices toward HR excellence.
