NQMS aims to increase an organization's awareness of its duties and commitment in fulfilling the needs and expectations of its customers and interested parties, and in achieving satisfaction with its products and services.

Background: The planning documents and office manual provides outline strategic goals, workforce development initiatives, and performance metrics of HRDD-NEAP R. The operations manual details procedures for recruitment, training, and employee relations. It serves as a comprehensive guide, ensuring efficient and standardized HR processes, fostering organizational excellence.
