Objectives:
To recommend policy through policy review for the improvement of the HR system.
To develop localized HRD plans.
To prepare an Implementation Plan of National Policies on HRD.
Objectives:
To design a program for the newly hired Regional Office Personnel (ROP) and provide technical assistance to the implemented programs to School Division Office/s (SDOs).
Professional Learning and Development
Objectives:
To establish an HRD profiling system of the Regional and Schools Division Offices' personnel for upskilling and reskilling.
To design, develop and implement quality assured Competency-based Learning and Development Intervention Programs.
To manage and implement scholarship programs compliant with the Equal Employment Opportunity Policy (EEOP).
To establish and localize succession and exit plan.
Objectives:
To design and localize a system for rewarding and recognizing deserving Regional Office and Schools Division Office employees.
Objectives:
To manage the conduct of periodic monitoring and evaluation in four cycles for the provision of relevant and timely learning and development intervention programs.
Regional NEAP Management and Operation
Objectives:
To develop policies and procedures for the utilization and operations of the National Educators Academy of the Philippines in the Region.
To ensure quality, financial viability, and sustainable operation of the Regional NEAP facilities.
Office Administration and Performance Management
Objectives:
To establish/maintain systems and processes towards administrative effectiveness and efficiency.
To promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
To conduct periodic monitoring and evaluation of office/staff performance for the provision of relevant learning and development programs.
