To manage and implement scholarship programs compliant with the Equal Employment Opportunity Policy (EEOP).
To establish and localize succession and exit plan.

Background: "USWAG KABISERA: Unselfish Service with Agility and Grit for a Progressive DepEd NCR" is a high-priority professional enhancement program designed to advance the organizational culture and leadership competencies of Schools Division Superintendents and Assistant Schools Division Superintendents within DepEd NCR. Professional Enhancement Program for Third level officials designed to equip DepEd Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents in the Region with the essential competencies to navigate the complexities of today's educational landscape and drive positive change within their divisions and schools.
