Consistent with our mandate, our school is determined to give quality education, which is essential in the development of the learners to become productive citizen of the country. Our goal is to nurture future generations to become citizens who possess the core values of “maka-Diyos, maka-tao, makakalikasan at makabansa.” We envision our learners to become socially responsible and equipped with a sense of national identity, patriotism and international perspectives.

In Cabangan High School, we advocate and adhere to Commitment, Honor and Service. We aim to provide the students, teachers, parents and stakeholders, a teaching-learning environment that is conducive, stable, caring, inspiring and satisfying.

A core of non-teaching staff as stewards of the institution shall handle the school’s administrative, fiscal and auxiliary services for effective learning to happen in the institution. Cabangan High School shall continue to nurture the learners’ strengths, potentials and interests in the learning process, progress continuously, and establish themselves intellectually and morally.

As the School Head, being both an instructional leader and administrative manager shall form a team with the school teachers/learning facilitators for delivery of quality educational programs, projects and services and maintaining close liaison and communication with stakeholders. The African proverb that says, “It takes a village to raise a child” serves as inspiration and guiding principle to continuously collaborate with people who care about the next generation. Let us work together to uplift our education system and enhance the quality of education for the benefit of every student. We are committed to make a difference to every learner as we reach out to those who are the last, the lost and least in the community.
