Qualification for Admission and Procedure
Open to all Filipino learners who can demonstrate capacity for independent learning, and are willing to undertake self-directed learning.
a. Entrance Requirement:
> High School Report Card
> for new entrants
Elementary Report Card or PEPT qualifying certificate or A & E result
b. Must Pass the Assessments
> Independent Learning Readiness Test (ILRT)
> Informal Reading Inventory (IRI)
c. Interview with the Parent / Guardian
d. Sign a Contract Agreement (Student and Parent/Guardian)
e. Must attend the Orientation Program together with the Parent/Guardian
*Note: Documentary requirements at regular classes also applies to OHSP
Delivery Mode
· Maximum of 20 students per classroom
· Meeting shall be every Saturday from June to March
· Shall follow the existing K to 12 Curriculum
· Learning shall be flexible, multi-channeled, and learning directed
· Retention in the program is for a maximum period of six (6) years
· Option to be mainstreamed in the regular program any time within the period of study
