Nestled at the very heart of Legazpi City, Cabangan High School (CHS) is a school with a big promise. It is a young and promising learning institution situated at Barangay Cabangan, Legazpi City providing secondary education to the youths of its neighboring barangays namely Cabangan East, Cabangan West, Binanuahan East, and Binanuahan West and other adjacent barangays.

The main campus is occupying a lot area of approximately 3,700 square meters at the back of Cabangan Elementary school. It is composed of five buildings. building 1 is a 2-storey 4-rooms, building 2 is 2-storey 2-rooms, building 3 is 2-storey 2-rooms, building 4 is 1-room, building 5 is 2-storey 8-rooms, thus there is a total of 17 classrooms.

Of this 17 rooms, 2-rooms in building 1 are used as computer laboratories and 1-Home Economics laboratory. While the remaining 1 room is utilized as administration office. The administration office is composed of the records section, finance section, principal's office and the administration office.

In building 5, 1-room is dedicated as science laboratory and 1-room for Senior High School Faculty. Beside the SS faculty room is a nook serving as guidance office. Building 1 is equipped with restrooms with 1-seat each for male, female and a wash room.

The building 5 have a better restrooms with 3 toilet seat for female and 2 toilet sea for male. both restrooms are provided with wash facility.

The building 2 and 3 do not have toilet facility, while building 4 has 1 toilet seat. At the west side of building 4 is a small space that serves as library while on the east side is a small space serving as health clinic.
