The Office

I am so happy to be back at Pringle Creek P.S. as Principal. The 2020-21 school marks my twenty-third year as an educator, and my ninth as an administrator. I have worked the majority of my career with the Durham District School Board, but have also spent time teaching in British Columbia as well as one year in Colombia, South America. I love to travel and learn about other places and cultures. I am most happy when outside, enjoying hiking and kayaking in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. I look forward to re-connecting with returning students and families and getting to know our newest Panthers. Hello Pringle Creek Community! I am so excited to join the Panther Team. I have heard great things about the students, staff and families at Pringle Creek and it is an honour to support you as your Vice- Principal. This is my second year with the DDSB. Prior to that, I spent 19 years with the Toronto District School Board. I am a strong believer in supporting and implementing equitable, anti-discriminatory practices to create a safe environment for students. Working with students and families within and outside of the classroom fuels me to continue to support the success of all students. I know that the 2020/2021 school year looks a little different from previous years; however, my goal is to build positive relationships with students, staff and families, and promote an engaging and productive learning environment.

I enjoy gardening and reading and spending time with my family.

I have been married for 25 years and have two beautiful twin daughters.
