We are back! I’m so excited to be teaching Grade Three at Pringle Creek! This is not the type of school year we are used to, but we are going to have a great year regardless. Normally, when I’m not at Pringle, you would find me at the hockey rink, or dance studio with my children. Things look a little different for them this year too. Here’s to a great 2020/2021 school year!
Mrs. Elsenaar
Hello Pringle Creek Families! My name is Ms. Patterson and I am a Grade 3 teacher. This will be my third year at Pringle Creek P.S. and my nineth year of teaching. I am super excited to be back at school and look forward to a wonderful year together. This year, I look forward to staying connected to our families through our Remind app and email: jennifer.patterson@ddsb.ca. Here's to a wonderful year ahead!
Hello Panther Parents, I am Carole Harfst and the Teacher-Librarian and part time coverage teacher. This year for my coverage, I am teaching science, social studies, art, physical education and health to Mrs. Elsenaar's class. I am excited to be with one class this year and look forward to fun we will have as we learn. Additionally, I take care of the technology in the school.
Outside of school, I am married and a mother of 3 adult children - 1 girl and 2 boys. I am an avid reader and love surfing the net.
Hi! My name is Amanda Hollinshead and this will be my 14th year teaching. In previous years, you would have seen (and heard!) me in the music room teaching band, recorders, ukuleles and much more! This year I am enjoying a new role of providing coverage to 6 classes and expanding my teaching toolbox to include art, phys ed., health, and drama. I still get a little bit of music in there too.
When I’m not teaching I enjoy spending time with my family, going for hikes, and watching cheesy hallmark movies. I am looking forward to another wonderful year at Pringle!
One of my classes for teaching coverage is in Mrs. Patterson's.
Hi Panthers, my name is Miss Cheryl, and I am a Vision Resource Teacher. I am thrilled to be working in grade 3 this year. When I am not at Pringle Creek PS you can find me at other schools in the DDSB as well as online in DDSB@home.
When the school day is done I enjoy quilting, sewing and spending time with my family by the lake.
My name is Julie Oegema and I am happy to be back at Pringle Creek P.S. this year in the grade 3 class, working as a vision EA.
When not at school, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, and reading.
This is going to be a very different but wonderful year!
