I have been teaching for 30 years this September. Over the years I have enjoyed working in the Primary Division and have taught Grades 1, 2, 3, and 4. I love teaching and working with kids. I believe that the most important thing we can do as teachers is to make our students know that they can do anything and that mistakes are valuable and help us to grow.
Brayden, my son has just graduated from university and is now pursuing a career in Social Science area. He is an amazing person, and I am thankful that he has turned out to be such an amazing adult. In my spare time I love to read, walk, and travel, visit with my family and friends. I also love to spend time with my cat, Daisy, and my dog, Cooper.
I am really looking forward to working with your son or daughter this year in Grade One.
All about me.
I have had the pleasure of teaching at Pringle Creek for 20 years. Over these years, I have enjoyed teaching Kindergarten, Grade 1, 2 and 3 as well as spending a few years as the Teacher Librarian. Before joining the staff at Pringle, I was a presenter with the Scientist in Schools program and taught English as a second language to preschoolers.
When not at Pringle, I enjoy spending time with my family and yellow lab, Molly at our cottage in Cape Breton.
I look forward to working with your child this year!

Welcome back parents and guardians, my name is Mrs. Giddings and I am thrilled to be back at Pringle for another year. I hope everyone made the most of the time we were given over the last few months and that we are all staying happy and healthy. I absolutely love teaching art and will do my best to foster and engage students in the world of visual art this year.
Mrs. Giddings does coverage for both grade 1 classes.
