Tax Exempt

Cardholders are responsible for informing suppliers that DCSD is exempt from sales tax within Colorado. The state sales tax-exempt number is embossed on each card. A copy of the District's tax-exempt certificate can be found below. 

Tax Charges

• There is a $15.00 leeway on tax charges

• If you are charged over $15.00 in tax charges, the cardholder will need to get it refunded or reimbursed to the District.

  • If reimbursement is sent via check, please have your school bookkeeper deposit the check into the appropriate account.

Tax Exemption

• If you need to provide a photo of your pcard, blackout the first twelve (12) digits so only the last four (4) are showing.
