    Delivery Schedule During Breaks

• Fall Break, Winter Break, Spring Break and Summer Break: Distribution Management will stop all deliveries for the schools during  scheduled breaks unless a special delivery is requested.

• All District Office locations: will continue Route 3 runs during breaks.

• Single day Holiday's: will be re-arranged so each site will still receive a delivery during the week.

• School deliveries during breaks: The warehouse will accept deliveries from suppliers during the breaks.  They will hold the goods for the school till break is over. If the school needs their delivery before break is over, they can come to the warehouse to pick it up or request a special delivery.

• Special Delivery Requests:  Email the warehouse at warehouse_questions@dcsdk12.org or call at (720) 433-1224 to request a special delivery.

• If coming to the Warehouse to pickup: please go to the South side dock of the Warehouse and ring the buzzer for Door K or East Side Door E. They will not answer any other doors.
  
  

Workday Distribution Management Warehouse Supplies Catalog

• All warehouse orders are to be place through an "internal" requisition in Workday.

• The Warehouse Catalog pricing is automatic maintained through Workday.

• If you have a return fill out a return slip found here "Return of Workday Order" and  submit a request on the Warehouse Request Form for a pickup. Please tape the form to the items to be returned.  If this form is not included you will not be given credit for the returned items.
  
  

Workday O&M Supplies Catalog

• Distribution Management warehouse also houses the Operations and Maintenance Warehouse which stocks over 1500 items. These items can be ordered through an "internal" requisition in Workday.

Library Books, Textbooks, and Curriculum Material Discards

• We have a contract with a local company and all local schools will have a chance to discard books and textbooks during the school year.  You will only receive this service for free one time annually and need to follow the instructions below.

Surplus Furniture Information

• • • If you have surplus furniture please access the DCSD available and needed furniture log to report surplus furniture to those seeking furniture, or to publish a request for needed furniture.

    • If arrangements have not been made after 2 months of listing your items contact Goodwill or Prestige Corporate Relocation LLC. (303- 469-5599) 

    • Please note that the Distribution Management Warehouse does not have space to store excess furniture at this time.
