An individual that is contracted as a supplier with Douglas County School District RE-1 that needs to have a District badge, access to District buildings, and/or access to our Workday system. The District would pay this individual.
Fully executed Master Services Agreement (employed supplier) or Independent Contractor Agreement (individual supplier)

Enter the contracted Supplier in Workday. “create supplier request”
Contracted Supplier can also be an individual that has completed and ICA and will be paid via invoice.
Once Supplier is approved, “create job requisition” for the position needed. The job needs to be created from an employee that has a Supervisory Org.
When creating the job requisition, select Contingent Worker for the Worker Type (instead of Employee). Note: Hire date should be either the life of the contract, the service duration contracted or enter at least one year if unknown.
Once the job requisition is approved, go to the newly created position, click on the Related Actions 'brick' next to the position and select 'Hire Contingent Worker'.
Enter the contingent worker’s information and then hit submit.
Once, the contingent worker is fully approved they will show up in Workday.
Once Job is approved, create “Help Desk” ticket requesting what access is needed.
