Deep cleaning of restrooms, carpets, and locker rooms
Floor stripping and waxing
Removal of existing flooring (of any size)
Removing, modifying, or adding cabinetry
Moving or installing electronic equipment
Room remodels
Installation of gym equipment
Marquees
Adding new doors or windows
Constructing or removing existing walls
Changing a lounge or storage room into an office or classroom
New shade structure
Building additions
Track or field replacements, including turf installations

If permitting/design is required and a school funds the project, the project is a building mod
If O&M does not have the capacity to oversee a maintenance project funded by the school, the project is a building mod
If the project is funded by grounds, O&M, those departments can/will oversee their project and no building mod is required

School- Your building engineer can do this
Support Buildings- get with your admin to locate the appropriate person who has access to do this
