All grants over $25,000 using federal funds must be verified through the SAM.gov system to ensure the vendor being used or recommended is not on the Federal list of debarred vendors. The web address for SAM Gov to check vendors to determine if they have been debarred is: SAM Gov Websites. Once there go to the Search button, Select Domain, Go to Entity Information, Click Exclusions and scroll down, from there you can search for an organization or individual.
Additionally, all Bids and RFPs will contain language asking the vendors to sign off on a form guaranteeing that they have not been debarred by any federal department or agency.
