Toaster Exercise
Per the name, the focus of the toaster exercise is to stay inside your toaster while moving the flag around.
This exercise also goes from left to right, helping you be equally strong on both sides.
Practice this exercise up against a wall if you can to test if you are truly in your toaster. Imagine another wall behind you.
If you hit the wall, you know you broke your plane and need to Stay in Your Toaster!
This audio prompt is the one we will use at practice or for you to practice at home with.
