Color Guard is the Sport of the Arts... meaning it is artistic. There are different ways of spinning and different terms from guard to guard. It is great to have a flexible mind and realize that different guard coaches come from different backgrounds. Learning more than one way to spin a flag will make you a better guard member and performer.
