The workbook focuses on applying the resources and zones of comfort to your reflection upon your study away experience. 

We recommend you complete this workbook to prepare for the pre-arrival live orientation session. We also recommend that you save this workbook to look back on during your study away term that way you can remind yourself of your goals and the resources available to you should you need them.
