Technology Enhances Learning 

Research:

The more experience teachers have with technology, the more likely they are to have positive attitudes towards technology and its educational value (Buabeng-Andoh, 2012).

Summary:

Sixty-one percent of teachers believe that technology can enhance student learning in 2022.

There is a strong want to learn about technology in the district sixty-five percent want to learn more about effective technology in the classroom.

Goal:

Increase teachers' positive view of technology use in the classroom in the Agree and Strongly Agree areas. 

Actions: 

Invite more teachers to local technology conferences and TILT.

Encourage more technology discussions during grade-level meetings.

Work with teachers who struggle with technology to help them ease into using it more within the classroom.
