The Grants Pass Clinic has done an amazing job at scheduling appointments. If you would like to make an appointment through them, call (541) 476-6644. This number will take you to the front desk. Ask the amazing person there if you can schedule an appointment to get your vaccine. They should forward you to another department that will schedule your appointment. They will ask you your name, a few yes or no questions, and give you options for dates and times you can go in to schedule your appointment.

You will want to click on the big underlined words on the right side of the page that say “Book Online.” It will take you to different appointment options. Browse through the best location for you. After that, click the time and date that works best. When you have found the best location, date, and time, fill out the information it asks. Then, click the button that says “Book appointment,” or if you have decided that the date/time you have chosen no longer works, you can click “Change Appointment.”
